Exposing Armando Moreira: The Portuguese MLM Scammer Behind Platincoin Ultima
Welcome back, CryptoInvestars!
Today, we’re shedding light on a name many in the crypto MLM world have heard of Armando Moreira (also known as Rocha).
He is a Portuguese promoter who has been heavily involved in Platincoin Ultima (PLCU), one of the many scams linked to the notorious Alex Reinhardt.
According to several victims, Armando Moreira is not just an ordinary MLM recruiter.
He has allegedly been a close friend and associate of Alex Reinhardt since the late 1990s. One Portuguese victim of the Platincoin Ultima scam even told me:
“Armando Moreira has been connected to Reinhardt for years. He isn’t a small promoter — he’s one of the masterminds.”

📉 How Much Has He Made From These Scams?
Reports from victims claim that Armando Moreira has allegedly earned over 8 million euros.
This is all from his involvement in PlatinWorld Innovative and the Platincoin Ultima business.
It’s also believed that he personally earns around 1.3 million euros from the PLCU business alone.
And when asked how much his entire team has generated under his leadership, a victim told me:
“Over 8 million euros. He has over 6,000 people in his downline, and he profits from every new person recruited into the scam.”
🥇 Exposing Armando Moreira: What’s His Position in Platincoin Ultima?
Armando Moreira holds a Diamond 3 rank in the Platincoin Ultima MLM structure.
This is one of the highest ranks in the business, placing him alongside Alex Reinhardt and other top international promoters.
At this rank, recruiters are said to earn bonuses of up to 20–25% on every sale or recruit made within their network.
With a team of over 6,000 people under him, this has allegedly made Moreira one of the top earners in the entire scam.
🇵🇹 How He Operates in Portugal
Originally he is from Porto, Portugal, Armando Moreira has primarily focused on recruiting fellow Portuguese nationals.
He brings them into Alex Reinhardt’s various crypto MLM scams.
Victims from Portugal have reported that recruiters like Moreira manipulate people emotionally.
They also claim making false promises of high returns and financial freedom.
A victim told me:
”They emotionally trap people, promising them life changing profits. Several victims here in Portugal have already alerted the authorities about these scams”

One victim even shared a photo with me of Armando Moreira’s expensive car, which is allegedly purchased with money taken from innocent investors who were misled into these fraudulent schemes.
📜 A Long History in MLM Scams
Armando Moreira is no newcomer to MLM Ponzi schemes. Victims recall his involvement with Swisscoin in 2016, a fake cryptocurrency MLM that also collapsed in the same year.
According to reports, Swisscoin was allegedly backed by none other than Alex Reinhardt— the same figure behind the current PLC and PLCU scams.
👤 Why He’s Hard to Find
When I tried to look for Armando Moreira online, there was no sign of him on Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter).
He appears to deliberately avoid social media and public exposure — a common tactic used by these long-time scammers.
By keeping a low profile, they make it difficult for authorities and victims to track them down.
Sadly, even Alex Reinhardt has taken a similar approach. Most of the scam’s activities have moved from public platforms to private Telegram channels, where anonymity is easier to maintain and victims are harder to warn.
⚖️ Authorities Closing In
During a recent conversation with a friend of mine in Norway who works with law enforcement, I was told that Alex Reinhardt might not be able to escape justice for much longer.
It seems that authorities in multiple countries are starting to connect the dots on these MLM mafias.
Dubai has become a base for these scammers, providing them a place to quietly run their operations while avoiding the legal consequences in Europe and elsewhere.
📢 A Message to Victims: Speak Up!
If you or anyone you know has fallen victim to Platincoin Ultima, PLCU, or any other MLM crypto scam, please come forward and speak out. Your story can help warn others and may assist in bringing these fraudsters to justice.
Let’s work together to expose these scams and protect innocent people from falling into their traps.
